This site has no personal questionnaire submission, written-account upload, account registration or payment form. Fictional sample selection does not produce a personal report. No marketing tracker, third-party analytics script or browser storage is enabled by this module.

The website is hosted on AWS Lightsail in Singapore. Access records contain only time, request method and status code, without IP addresses, URL parameters, browser identifiers, cookies or request bodies, for operational troubleshooting. Daily automatic cleanup retains them for no more than 30 days. Server error logs are kept in the same dedicated directory, rotated daily and cleared within 30 days; they may contain request addresses and IP addresses solely for troubleshooting.

Access logs are retained for no more than 30 days.

When you contact us

If you email us, the message and your email address are processed to answer your request. Please do not include private relationship narratives, identity documents or photographs.

Support correspondence is stored in Gmail to respond to and follow up on your request. Automatic deletion of email after 30 days is not enabled. You may email a deletion request for support to handle after verifying ownership. Website log cleanup does not apply to Gmail messages or Google backups. Please do not email private relationship narratives.

Xendit is the intended payment provider, currently under application/integration; this site sends no payment or personal report data to Xendit in preview mode. No text-processing provider is called in preview mode. Personal submission stays closed until actual processing providers, transfer arrangements, retention and deletion are confirmed.

Data when personal service opens

• Order email and payment status; the planned Xendit hosted checkout handles payment details. The actual integration must be verified before use.
• 12 answers and an optional written account, used only to prepare your report.
• Operational logs for safety and troubleshooting.

The planned online report access period is 30 days. Personal retention, deletion and backup procedures must be implemented and disclosed before submissions open; this is not a claim that those features are currently operating.

We do not sell questionnaires, contact the other person on your behalf, or turn your story into a public case without separate explicit consent. The operator is in Hong Kong and the service primarily addresses users in Malaysia; actual hosting and email processing locations are disclosed above.

Requests and safeguards

You may request access, correction or deletion of your correspondence through support@fangjianjian.app, subject to verification of ownership. We do not sell relationship information or send it to advertising platforms. Reasonable access controls do not constitute a guarantee of absolute security.
