1. Product position

FangJianJian is an online system that generates digital reports from user-submitted floor plans, orientation, space functions, resident information, and predefined residential feng shui rules. Its framework draws from traditional residential feng shui, Kunwu’s practical organization, and systematic rule design. Standard reports are automated; not every report is individually reviewed, confirmed, or written by Kunwu.

2. Interpretive traditional method

Residential feng shui is a traditional cultural and experience-based system. Schools, practitioners, regions, and physical environments may differ. FangJianJian provides an opinion under one methodology, not the only conclusion of every school and not a certain prediction of future events.

3. No guaranteed outcome

Reports may discuss traditional interpretations of comfort, family relationships, career, wealth tendencies, marriage, health symbolism, and use of space. They do not guarantee higher income, career or relationship improvement, treatment of illness, avoidance of accidents, change of fortune, wealth, or that a mentioned event will or will not occur. Reports are not promises of certain results.

4. Not licensed professional advice

FangJianJian is not structural inspection, property-safety certification, fire inspection, indoor-air testing, medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, legal, tax, financial or investment advice, property valuation, or engineering design, and cannot replace licensed professionals.

For cracks, settlement, electricity, gas, fire, pollution, or other real safety issues, contact a qualified professional. Health concerns require qualified medical care; do not stop or alter treatment based on a feng shui report.

5. Limits of floor-plan analysis

A two-dimensional plan and markings generally cannot fully identify the outside environment, roads, landscape and neighboring buildings, actual height, door/window dimensions, light and airflow, load-bearing structure, materials, on-site compass error, or differences between the plan and real home. Online analysis cannot fully replace an on-site inspection.

6. Effect of user input

Incorrect plans, orientation, room labels, omitted spaces, or resident data may produce inapplicable content. Users should verify inputs before generation.

7. Automation and AI limits

Rules, algorithms, and AI models may generate or organize reports and may omit information, repeat language, mismatch labels, misunderstand context, fail technically, or differ from human analysis. Improvement is ongoing, but error-free output is not guaranteed.

8. User decisions

Users decide whether to follow a report. Property purchase or sale, major renovation, wall removal, utility changes, relocation, loans or investment, health, family, and legal decisions require real-world judgment and, where necessary, relevant professionals. Consequences of adoption or misunderstanding must be assessed by the user.

9. Kunwu and messaging links

Kunwu’s roles are founder of the methodology, residential feng shui content advisor, and designer of analysis rules and report standards. Messaging links do not mean he is always online, every user can reach him, an order includes manual review or consultation, or he personally confirms every automated report. Separately agreed human services require separate scope and pricing.

10. Rituals and promises

The standard digital report does not include rituals, blessings, religious or exorcism services, guaranteed change of fortune, gambling or lottery predictions, investment-return guarantees, or absolute health, marriage, career, or financial promises.

11. External links

Third-party websites, payment services, and messaging platforms control their content, privacy, security, and availability. Users should read their terms and policies.

12. Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to operate the service, but uninterrupted service, universal compatibility, continuous third-party availability, permanent historical access, and complete absence of technical errors are not guaranteed. Maintenance, repairs, network failure, or force majeure may interrupt service.

13. Liability boundary

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FangJianJian is not liable for personal decisions based on a report, indirect or expected-profit loss, or third-party conduct. Non-excludable liability and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
