Welcome to FangJianJian, an online system that generates digital residential feng shui reports from uploaded floor plans, orientation and space markings, and predefined analysis rules.

By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the website and services.

1. Service

FangJianJian lets users upload residential floor plans, mark orientation, space functions and resident information, run automated analysis under predefined rules, receive an online report, and—where stated on the product page—view, download or revisit it. Customer support may cover system use, orders, and after-sales issues.

The standard report is an automatically generated digital product. Kunwu is the founder of the FangJianJian methodology, residential feng shui content advisor, and designer of its analysis rules and report standards. Unless separately described and ordered, the standard report does not include individual review, manual confirmation, live chat, or one-to-one consultation with Kunwu. Messaging links are support and business-contact channels, not an included personal service.

2. Eligibility

Users must have legal capacity under the laws of their country or region. Minors may use the service only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. FangJianJian does not intentionally sell paid products to persons who lack independent contractual capacity.

3. User-submitted information

Users may submit a floor plan, home orientation, room names and functions, resident-to-room relationships, name, gender, birth information requested on the product page, and order or report notes. Information should be accurate and complete; inaccurate orientation, markings, or resident data may affect the report.

Unless expressly required, do not upload identity documents, bank-card data, full property certificates, materials revealing a detailed home address, unrelated private files, or third-party materials you are not authorized to provide.

4. License for uploaded content

Users retain lawful rights in their content and grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive license to store and read floor plans, technically process images and markings, transmit necessary data to servers, cloud or model providers, generate and display results, and address technical, complaint, and support requests.

The license is limited to providing, maintaining, and improving the service used by the user. Without additional express consent, complete floor plans will not be publicly displayed, sold, or used in public advertising.

5. Report generation and delivery

Generation normally requires all necessary markings. It may fail or be delayed because markings are incomplete, a file is damaged or unsupported, the network or a server/model/third-party service fails, maintenance is underway, payment is unconfirmed, or a safety review is triggered.

Digital delivery is normally complete when the report appears on the user’s case page or a valid view or download link is provided.

6. Price and payment

Price, currency, tax, deliverables, and whether a purchase is one-time are those shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated, a standard report is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.

Payment may be handled by a payment processor, card acquirer, or Merchant of Record. Their buyer terms may also govern payment, tax, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks. FangJianJian generally does not store complete card numbers, security codes, or payment passwords. Users must verify the amount, currency, authorization, email, product, and order details.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and may need to be returned through the original provider and payment method. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law and payment-network rules remain unaffected.

8. Acceptable use

Users must not use FangJianJian unlawfully; infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; access another user’s account or report; bypass payment, permissions, or security; scrape, copy, or resell reports; reverse engineer or attack the system; create abnormal automated load; falsify payment or identity records; present outputs as building, medical, or government documents; or use the service for fraud, intimidation, or guaranteed-result claims.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual property

The brand, website design, software, code, analysis-rule structure, report structure, original copy, images, visual assets, and organized Kunwu methodology are protected by applicable law. A purchase grants reasonable personal use of the report, not ownership of the software, rule library, templates, code, or methodology. Reproduction, publication, sale, rental, repackaging, or use in a competing product requires written permission.

10. Third-party services

The service may connect to payment, cloud, storage, AI/model, email, support, security, analytics, Zalo, Messenger, and WhatsApp services. Each third party has independent terms and privacy practices, and FangJianJian cannot control its continued availability or independent processing.

11. Changes and maintenance

FangJianJian may update pages and features, analysis rules and report structure, suspend functions, perform maintenance, or discontinue unsupported functions for product, security, legal, or technical reasons. It will use reasonable efforts to preserve access promised at purchase, but does not guarantee that all historical features and page structures remain unchanged forever.

12. Disclaimer

Reports are produced from traditional residential feng shui theory, user-submitted data, and predefined methods. The Disclaimer forms part of these Terms and defines the relevant limits and risks.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FangJianJian is not responsible for deviations caused by incorrect user data, losses from decisions about renovation, relocation or investment, third-party or network failures, force majeure, or indirect, expected-profit, or opportunity losses.

Except where law prohibits limitation, aggregate liability for an order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that order. Liability for fraud, intentional illegality, or non-excludable matters is not limited.

14. Suspension and termination

Users may stop using the service and request account or personal-data deletion under the Privacy Policy. FangJianJian may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud or unauthorized-payment risk, attacks, legal or regulatory demands, or risks to other users or platform security.

15. Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory consumer law in the user’s location, these Terms are generally governed by 越南法律. Contact support@fangjianjian.app first so the parties can seek an amicable solution. Unresolved matters may be submitted to a competent court, payment provider, or consumer-protection authority.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated for service or legal changes. Material changes may be announced on the website, through an account notice, or by another reasonable method. The effective or last-updated date will be revised.
